Durham City RFC has been a proud part of the rugby union community in Durham, County Durham since 1869. The club welcomes players of all ages and abilities and is committed to developing rugby from grassroots to senior level.

Durham City RFC was founded in 1869, giving the club over 156 years of history in Durham, County Durham. Over the decades the club has grown from humble beginnings into a thriving community organisation, nurturing generations of rugby union players and contributing significantly to local sport.
