History of Hamilton RFC
Hamilton RFC dates from 1875, during rugby's first great expansion. The SRU had formed in 1873, and clubs were springing up in towns across Scotland.
That gives the club more than 150 years of rugby in Hamilton, Lanarkshire. In addition, generations of local players, coaches and volunteers have shaped its story.
