East Belfast club competing in the All-Ireland League from the Shaws Bridge grounds.
Instonians RFC has been a proud part of the rugby union community in Belfast, County Antrim since 1919. The club welcomes players of all ages and abilities and is committed to developing rugby from grassroots to senior level.
Our Story
History & Heritage
Instonians RFC was founded in 1919, giving the club over 106 years of history in Belfast, County Antrim. Over the decades the club has grown from humble beginnings into a thriving community organisation, nurturing generations of rugby union players and contributing significantly to local sport.
