Llangollen RFC dates from 1889, during rugby's first great expansion. The WRU had formed in 1881, and clubs were springing up in towns across Wales.
That gives the club more than 130 years of rugby in Llangollen, Denbighshire. In addition, generations of local players, coaches and volunteers have shaped its story.
