How long does it take for my listing to go live?
Free listings are reviewed and published within 24 hours of submission. Pro listings are prioritised and typically go live within a few hours. Featured placements are activated manually by our team once payment is confirmed — usually the same day.
Can I upgrade from Free to Pro later?
Yes — email us at hello@ukrugbyclubdirectory.co.uk to upgrade at any time. Your profile page stays exactly as it is; we just unlock the Pro features and badge.
Is my club already listed?
Possibly — we have over 620 clubs already in the directory. Search the directory first. If your club is there, use our claim your listing page to take ownership of it. If it's not there, register it free above.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pro subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe — all major credit and debit cards accepted including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For Featured and Supplier packages we can also accept bank transfer.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, anytime. No minimum term, no cancellation fee. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing month, then your listing reverts to the Free tier.
